Katie Gerber and Emmaline Kleinman each added another special distinction to their remarkable collection of accolades last night at the Courier-Journal Sports Awards.
Katie Gerber was selected as the Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year. She adds this title after earned the distinction of Miss KY Lacrosse last month. She also earned the distinction as a KHSAA Triple Threat athlete by earning varsity letters in Lacrosse, Field Hockey, and Cross Country!
Emmaline Kleinman was selected as Archer of the Year. Emma adds this distinction after earning the Individual Archery State Championship earlier this spring. She has also recently competed at both the US National Championship and the World Championship since the conclusion of the High School season!
Both of these ladies have represented Eastern at the highest level throughout the year and throughout their careers.
