Hopefully everyone who finished their training at the end of the XC season is starting to get back to regular running.
We will provide some optional group runs over the next 3 weeks for those interested. These will be relatively informal, just an opportunity to have company on your runs. We will also begin some strength training as well.
For the next 3 weeks we will offer 3 group runs a week. Monday & Thursday after school (meet at the end of the Main Street hallway near the auditorium) from 2:45-4:30.
Saturday at 9-10:30am at Sawyer.
Reminder that we are having a meeting for those interested in track on Wednesday 12/7.
I know that we have people in lots of different spots depending on when you take your break but this week I’ll also put out some general training for the month of December.
We want 2017 to be the best year in the history of our program. That’ll begin with a good December!
